But, when I spoke to my dad and grandparents about the car washes, they told me I'd need to check on them every day to keep them running. So, car washes might be out of the question unless I can find the right one in our own town. *Sigh* I might have to relax my own rule and start looking at existing multi-family properties.

These families will be offered the opportunity to purchase the homes they are currently occupying at a discount of ten percent off the property's fair market value.
